• Tatkal train tickets are booked through an agent, so additional charges will apply.
• Hotel check-in times are determined by the hotel's policy, and early check-in is subject to room availability.
• AC will switch on from 9pm to 6am in Houseboat.
• Policies & Things to Know
• Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will not be included in the package.
• The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
• Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals. Any places that are not mentioned in the Itinerary will not be covered unless the tour manager adds up places in the itinerary
• Payment is to be done only on the given Payment Details on the pdf. We are not responsible if you make the payment on the wrong account.
• TripBugs reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurs (i.e. weather conditions, political conditions, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any services.
• Any changes needed for a traveler in any of the things or any services during the tour, the expenses will be borne by the traveler.
• We are not responsible if the train tickets are not confirmed, You can opt for Tatkal / Premium Tatkal / VIP Quota at additional cost
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
• Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
• If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor TripBugs is responsible for such decisions or any refund.
• Any kind of misbehavior with any of the travelers in the group tour, solo male or female, driver, or tour manager will not be entertained & straight away he/she will be not continuing the tour.
• Guidelines issued by the state government are to be followed. Social distancing is to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended.
• ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. A PAN card will not be considered a valid address proof. Valid School or College ID is mandatory for those who are studying
